About the position

As a carpenter at Norabostäder, you will have a broad and varied role where you work on both larger and smaller construction projects. Your main tasks include:

🔹 Apartment renovations – renovation and maintenance of our properties and apartments.

🔹Kitchen installation – installation of kitchens, assembly of cabinets, countertops, and appliances.

🔹Carpentry work – everything from fine carpentry to larger construction work within property management.

🔹Project coordination – we would like you to have experience in planning and leading smaller renovation projects, where you act as the spider in the web and ensure that the work flows smoothly. You will be in contact with other craftsmen, suppliers, and tenants, which requires good communication skills.

🔹Service and maintenance – ongoing property maintenance and repairs in our homes and premises.

We are looking for someone who:

✅ Has experience in carpentry, renovations, and kitchen installation

✅ Has experience in coordinating work and leading smaller projects

✅Is self-driven, flexible, and has a structured approach to work

✅ Enjoys having a key role in renovation projects

✅ Has a B driver's license (requirement)

✅ Can provide an extract from the criminal record upon employment

Employment conditions

📌 Duration and scope: Permanent employment, a probationary period may apply. Full-time.

📌Salary: According to collective agreement, Fastigos S-agreement
